Term and Conditions

  1. Participants must activate their home warranty plan within 3 months from the date of receiving it. The home warranty plan provided by Handibee has a duration of 12 months from the date of activation.
  2. The complimentary home warranty plan can only be redeemed with valid proof of purchase for a new house obtained during the event organized by StarProperty.
  3. The Participant has the option to transfer the home warranty plan to another property after validation of the original purchase. However, it is important to note that the coverage and elements of the plan may vary for apartments and landed houses, and as such, the transferability between these two property types is not permitted.
  4. The coverage and terms of the home warranty plan are specific to the type of property (apartment or landed house) for which it was originally redeemed.
  5. Handibee Home Warranty will not provide any refunds or reimbursements if a participant decides to cancel the plan after activation.
  6. The home warranty plan covers specific home systems and appliances as outlined in the plan details. Any repairs or replacements outside the scope of coverage will not be covered under the warranty.
  7. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the activation process. Handibee reserves the right to reject any claims or cancel the home warranty plan if false or misleading information is provided.
  8. Handibee Home Warranty shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by participants or third parties due to the home warranty plan, except where mandated by law.

Why do we need HANDIBEE Warranty?

  1. To save money, we cover up to a 45% discount on all your repair and replacement service bills, regardless if it is a small or big task.
  2. We provide a warranty on all our repairs for up to 30 days with no extra charge.

What is the lead time for a handyman to arrive at my house?

Once HANDIBEE requests a call for an inspection, we will confirm a handyman within 4 business hours. A handyman will be sent to your house within 2 days. If it’s an emergency (pipe burst or electrical issue), it’s the same day.

Is HANDIBEE Home Warranty a substitute for home insurance?

No, we are not a substitute for home insurance. We only manage the normal wear and tear of a house. You still need home insurance for structural, nature disaster or thief coverage.
